If your club is planning on traveling this year, travel process 101 is a must! This information session will cover the steps that are required to travel as a club and will provide a review of the forms that are required by the Department of Student Life and Leadership. Knowing the ropes before you need to travel will save you and your organization time and money.
Define club and organization travel and be able to explain when the club and organization travel process applies.
Participants will be able to identify the difference between travel situations and off-campus events
Identify the three travel-related forms in MLC and describe the differences between them.
List the order of the travel process.
