Last Day to Drop Full Semester Length Courses (Main Campus) in myUCCS Portal Without Dean/Instructor Approval
Friday, November 1st: The last day to drop fall 2019 full length semester Main Campus courses within the myUCCS Portal without instructor or dean approval. This deadline applies to courses that meet the entire fall semester (August 26th through December 21st).
Dropping Courses After November 1st: Students must obtain instructor and dean approval to drop via an Add/Drop Form (available in Main Hall room 108). Instructor approval is required before meeting with the dean.
- These types of requests are only granted to students who have extenuating circumstances, and it is not guaranteed that students will be granted the option to drop a course(s). If approved, course drops after this date are assigned an official grade of 'W,' and there is no refund.
- If a student is requesting approval to drop all courses after November 1st, they must obtain a Withdrawal Form from the Office of the Registrar (Main Hall room 108).
